Iran Insurance Company Payments, Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Please read these terms carefully before using the Iran Insurance Online Payment Facility. Using this facility on our website indicates that you accept completely these terms and conditions which may unilaterally and at the discretion of Iran Insurance be amended from time to time.

Currency

The currency of transaction is UAE Dirhams.

Payments

Payments done on the website are subject to the following conditions: When you proceed to make payment, Iran Insurance will be entitled to debit the amount of the transaction plus charges, if applicable from the debit / credit card that you have specified. We shall not be liable if any transaction does not fructify or may not be completed or for any failure on part of the bank or the credit card agency to perform any of its obligations. We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly / indirectly out of the decline of authorization by your service provider. In the case of unsuccessful payments, we request you to get in touch with us before trying again in order to avoid any duplicate payments. Please also note that you cannot claim any other compensation for cancelled payments. Any refunds will be made based on the merits of the case on the sole discretion of Iran Insurance.

Conditions for Cancellations and Refunds

• All Cancellations are subject to management approval
• Cancellation Refund Premium is payable to the Insured only
• Cancellation and or refund are subject to evaluation of documents and the policy terms and conditions.
• Refund requests are processed for policies having no claims.
• Premium refund is determined dependent upon the refund tariff structure of The Insurance Authority and is subject to deduction of all applicable fees and charges, and the company's policies and procedures.
• Refund for online payments will be made through the orignal mode of payment.
• In case refund through orignal mode of payment is not possible it will be paid by cheque and is to be collected from our offices.

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or related to agreements or the member's participation in Iran Insurance services shall be resolved by the competent courts in United Arab Emirates.
