We appreciate that families have got different needs and different budgets. That is why we have devised four different packages for medical insurance of families. They are Diamond, Gold, Silver and Bronze.
What is covered?

How can the benefits be accessed?
To avail the benefits within your selected network, you will be provided with a medical insurance card. When you visit a hospital or clinic within your network, you just need to present your card and pay your own share only. The balance will be settled directly by us. This facility is called direct billing.
The networks are very extensive and should cover all your desired medical centers. However in case you wish to visit a particular center out of your network, you can still enjoy your insurance. You just need to submit the receipts, diagnosis reports and invoices to our office. We will arrange reimbursement of your expenses as per your selected package.
Each claim is being assessed for approval by a team of professional physicians at NEXtCARE- a leading medical insurance administrator in the Emirates. This allows the claims to be evaluated independently and without any bias. Additionally you can follow up on status of your claims 24/7 through NEXtCARE call center which can speak 14 languages.

- (1) Should Mediclinic and Al Zahra groups remain in GN network
- (2) Cost of surgery, should the insured be recipient of the organ. Expenses of donor are excluded.
- (3) Includes RCT, Amalgam or composite filling, Extraction, X-Ray, Consultation and Medicine
Please note that in all above packages, treatment of pre-existing and chronic conditions, optical issues and maternity-related cares are not covered. These conditions can only be covered in group medical insurance.
